- Prices are per night, per unit (2 nights minimum occupation) .
- One bedroom is for 2 guest.
- Option spa in the 5 or 6 bedrooms : $50 PER DAY.

- Linnen, logs for fireplace are included.
- Please bring your starter wood.
- Taxes : 3.5% lodging , 5% GST 9.5% PST

| Reservation policy:
A pre payment of 50% is due upon booking payable by money, (visa , Master Card) to confirm the reservation.
Full and final payement for the Chrismas and New Year’s weeks are due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges apply; $100. per condo/$300. per Chalet if cancelled no later than
28 days prior to check-in dates. The pre payment for the Chrismas, New Year’s, school break and summer weeks (July-August) are not refundable.
Secutity deposit:
An imprint of your credit card will be kept on file to cover, additional cleaning charges, damages caused to your unit while occupation or additional person. |
